The deburring wheel in the PURPLE Edition is designed for intensive deburring and edge rounding of sheet metal edges made of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. It is used whenever high material removal and larger edge radii are required. The ceramic abrasive fabric ensures very high stock removal while providing consistent edge processing. Ideal for thicker sheets or heavily pronounced burrs.
When selecting the X-CUT version, the special slot geometry and the angled arrangement of the flaps create a uniform, non-directional surface finish (“No-Way Finish”) while ensuring smooth operation and high process stability.
