Ad accoglierlo sono stati i fondatori di T&amp;M, Kay Thierfeldt e Tobias Mahn. Nata nel 2005 come azienda di vendita, si \u00e8 presto capito che la produzione doveva essere gestita internamente. Dal 2007, infatti, producono internamente i propri sistemi di stoccaggio per i campioni. T&amp;M si affida alla produzione artigianale piuttosto che alla catena di montaggio e alla produzione meccanizzata. Ogni prodotto \u00e8 realizzato a mano. I 15 dipendenti ricevono una formazione specializzata per utilizzare i macchinari.<\/p><p>I sistemi di conservazione dei campioni sono utilizzati principalmente nell&#039;industria farmaceutica e della ricerca. Ci\u00f2 rappresenta una sfida per l&#039;azienda nelle fasi di sbavatura e arrotondamento dei pezzi. A causa del suo spessore ridotto, la lamiera offre una superficie limitata per la sbavatura sui bordi ed \u00e8 pi\u00f9 difficile da lavorare. La sbavatura e l&#039;arrotondamento richiedono un utensile rigido e poco flessibile. T&amp;M ha quindi acquistato una macchina Lissmac SBM-M 1500. Questa macchina lavora la lamiera simultaneamente dall&#039;alto e dal basso, utilizzando blocchi di sbavatura montati su nastri trasportatori. Presso T&amp;M, il prodotto finito non richiede praticamente alcuna post-lavorazione. Grazie al sistema di fissaggio a sgancio rapido QUICK7050, i singoli blocchi possono essere facilmente sostituiti, riducendo significativamente i tempi di setup della macchina. Il nastro su cui scorrono i singoli blocchi viene semplicemente fissato con gli appositi supporti blu. I blocchi di sbavatura possono quindi essere avvitati. &quot;Il mio primo contatto con boeck \u00e8 stato molto positivo. Ci siamo incontrati a una fiera, anche grazie al passaparola.
