The deburring wheel in the CUBITRON™ II Edition is designed for maximum deburring and edge rounding of sheet metal edges. It is used whenever the highest material removal in the shortest possible time is required. The precision-shaped ceramic grain provides extremely high cutting performance and consistent stock removal. Secondary burrs are removed with exceptional efficiency and the edge is strongly and reproducibly rounded.
The STRAIGHT-CUT, the classic solution for deburring and edge rounding of sheet metal edges, produces fine lines with a uniform direction, ensuring a consistent surface finish. Combined with balanced stock removal and long service life, the deburring wheel guarantees efficient and reliable processing.
