The deburring wheel in the BROWN Edition is a universal deburring wheel designed for deburring and edge rounding of sheet metal edges made of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. It is used whenever reproducible results, consistent edge rounding, and high process reliability are required. During the deburring of sheet metal parts, secondary burrs are reliably removed and the edge is subsequently rounded evenly. This improves component handling, reduces the risk of injury, and creates optimal conditions for subsequent processes such as coating, welding, or assembly.
When selecting the X-CUT version, the special slot geometry and the angled arrangement of the flaps create a uniform, non-directional surface finish (“No-Way Finish”) while ensuring smooth operation and high process stability.
