Your role – brutally honest

You are the financial engine of the company.
Alone. Operational. Full responsibility.
You don’t have a department under you –
you are the department.

Finance & Accounting (operational):

Invoices, open items (OPOS), liquidity, payment transactions
Prices, contracts, insurance
Interface with tax advisor, DATEV, bank

Purchasing & Suppliers:

Place orders, clarify prices, secure availability
Drive, follow up, and enforce delivery dates

Logistics & Customs:

Shipping, export documents, certificates of origin
Incoterms, customs clearance
No chaos. No excuses.

ERP & Master Data:

Items, customers, suppliers, prices
Accurate. Up-to-date. Reliable.

Organization & Structure:

Set up, simplify, and implement processes
Don't talk – do.

Commercial background (Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or similar) or very strong practical experience
Experience in day-to-day operational business (not a pure controller)
Confident in Excel, experienced with ERP, strong numerical skills
very proficient. German – very good, English – good.
100 % presence in Leipheim
Stress-resistant, fast, resilient
