Your mission
– In 3 months:Brand guidelines are set, social & ad templates are running, first campaigns are live.
– In 6 months: A presence that generates leads and stays in people’s minds.
– Long-term: You are the guarantee that boeck, has the same strong presence both online and offline.

YOUR PLAYING FIELD

Evolve the brand & CI, create templates, ensure recognition.
Content design for social media, website, print, trade shows, sales.
Develop campaign visuals, test variations, measure performance.
Photo & image editing – retouching & mini-shoots in-house.
Structure & speed: organized assets, fast execution.

3–5 years of experience in graphic/brand design (B2B or tech is a plus)
Proficient in all Adobe programs
Marketing understanding: you think in pixels and Conversion rates
Hands-on, solution-oriented, fast – with attention to detail.
German top, English solid.

Direct line to the management – no corporate sluggishness.
