DATEV & accounting preparation
You make sure that our numbers are properly prepared and reach the tax advisor.”
Invoices & payment transactions
Check incoming invoices, post them, and prepare payment transactions.
Keep an eye on open items (OPOS).
Accounts & number structure
Reconcile accounts, verify numbers, and create a financial overview.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
You work closely with the tax advisor and management.
Create structure
Organize receipts, workflows, and financial processes so that everything runs smoothly.

What you should be skilled at – and do it properly

Apprenticeship as / Training as Tax clerk / Tax specialist
Confident in using DATEV
Very meticulous working style
Good with numbers
Hands-on mentality
