DEBURRING ROLLERS FROM BOECK
Deburring and edge rounding of sheet metal parts is performed using the boeck deburring roller. Thanks to various abrasive fabrics, slotted designs, and cutting options, the right roller can be found for every workpiece to remove light primary and secondary burrs, round edges, and achieve a finishing grind. Our deburring rollers are compatible with many machines from well-known manufacturers.

Deburring and rounding
The Boeck deburring roller is available in various editions. Depending on the model, it can deburr and round the edges of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized, and polished sheets. They are typically mounted on automated machines and often operate in two rotating movements: around their own axis and that of the mounting. The flexible tools easily access holes and cutouts in the sheet metal. Deburring rollers are specifically designed for this application.

OUR DEBURRING ROLLER
Our deburring rollers are the perfect tool for foil-coated, galvanized, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel sheets. They have a high abrasive density yet remain highly flexible. The deburring rollers adapt perfectly to the sheet edges, ensuring perfect deburring and edge rounding results. Depending on the workpiece and desired outcome, we recommend different editions with varying grit sizes and slot patterns.
We balance our deburring discs according to G 6.3 to ensure the smoothest possible operation. Our deburring rollers are available in various sizes and for a wide range of machine types.
We look forward to helping you make your processes more efficient.
Slot pattern and slot angle
If your sheet metal part has many small cutouts, we recommend a narrower slot width (3 & 3 mm), while a wider slot width (5 & 5 mm) is recommended for those requiring a strong edge rounding on the outer surface. Unlike conventional manufacturing methods such as stamping, we cut our abrasive flaps with a laser, resulting in a maximum grain density within the flaps. There are also two slot angle options: the standard G-line and the S-line for greater flap flexibility.
The cutting angle is also adjustable. Our G-cut is the classic cut for deburring and rounding sheet metal edges. If you choose the angled X-cut, you'll also create diffuse contours for a seamless finish.
